Oman – Mubasher: Gulf Mushroom Production announced that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved on Wednesday a 10% stock dividend for 2014.

The dividend amounts to 10 shares for every 100 shares, revealed the filing to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM).

The Company reported a profit of OMR 362,300 for the year ended 31 December 2014, registering a notable decline by 36%.

Gulf Mushroom’s capital amounts to OMR 2.7 million divided on 27.1 million shares.
